UPDATE: Editor's note: I thought about sanitizing the 'curse' word above but I realized Carlin would roll over in his grave.

Racism -- n.:

• racism (the prejudice that members of one race are intrinsically superior to members of other races)
• racism, racialism, racial discrimination (discriminatory or abusive behavior towards members of another race)

Reverse racism does not mean when a minority dislikes a majority i.e. in the U.S. 'reverse-racism' is often referred to as racism against whites by blacks. 

Let's 'reverse' the 2 definitions above:

• reverse-racism (the impartial belief that members of one race are intrinsically equal to members of other races)
• reverse-racism, reverse-racialism, reverse-racial discrimination (fair or kind behavior towards members of another race)

So what the world could use is a little more reverse racism.
